Support for Parents of Children with Autism, ADHD, and other developmental disabilities

I specialize in providing individual therapy to parents and caregivers of children with Autism, ADHD, and other developmental disabilities. Extensive research has shown that caregivers of children with developmental disabilities face more mental health challenges compared to other caregivers. If you feel overwhelmed, burnt out, and isolated— you are not alone. I offer a compassionate and judgement-free space for you to process the complex mix of feelings that often come with parenting a neurodivergent child. It's easy to neglect our own needs when raising our children. I'm here to help you exhale, vent, and reconnect to yourself and what is most important to you. Together, we’ll explore practical coping tools, strengthen your resilience, heal from your past, and work through challenges both in parenting and in your personal well-being. I also offer guidance and parenting strategies tailored to your child’s unique needs — blending emotional support with concrete tools to help you feel more confident, grounded, and connected in your role as a parent. I have 3+ years of experience working with children on the spectrum implementing applied behavioral analysis therapy (ABA). Whether you're navigating a new diagnosis or years into the journey, this is a place where your emotions are valid, your story matters, and you’re not alone.
